Sean Combs Faces New Lawsuit Alleging Sexual Assault of Former Child Actor

Sean Combs is facing a new civil lawsuit alleging that he sexually assaulted a minor nearly two decades ago, adding to a growing number of legal claims filed against the former music executive.

The lawsuit, filed this week in California, was brought by an unidentified former child actor who alleges that Combs sexually assaulted him during a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in May 2007.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims the alleged conduct caused severe emotional distress and lasting psychological harm.

The lawsuit describes Combs’ alleged actions as “outrageous” and asserts that they were intended to intimidate and traumatize the accuser. The filing argues that the alleged conduct exceeded accepted standards of behavior and inflicted significant emotional suffering.

Combs has strongly denied the allegations.

A spokesperson for the music mogul, who is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence following a separate criminal conviction on prostitution-related charges, dismissed the lawsuit as baseless.

“These allegations are false and ridiculous,” said Combs representative Juda Engelmayer. “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, including any child, and these claims will be disproven.”

The latest filing is among dozens of civil lawsuits brought against Combs since his arrest in New York in 2024.

Following an eight-week criminal trial last year, Combs was acquitted of the most serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. However, a jury found him guilty on two lesser prostitution-related offenses, resulting in his current prison sentence.

The new allegations have not been tested in court, and no findings of liability have been made. Legal proceedings in the civil case are expected to continue in the coming months.
