Sunday Igboho Reaffirms Commitment to Yoruba Nation Independence in 2025

Yoruba Nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, better known as Sunday Igboho, has reiterated his firm stance on the demand for an independent Odua Nation in 2025, emphasizing that the quest for self-determination for the South-West and the Yoruba people remains unwavering.

In a New Year message, Igboho, speaking through his spokesman, Olayomi Koiki, conveyed his wishes to all Yoruba people, both within Nigeria and in the diaspora. He assured them that the pursuit of Yoruba Nation independence is a non-negotiable objective that will not be abandoned.

“The resolve is firm, and we will not retreat in our demand for Yoruba sovereignty,” the message stated. Igboho called on all Yoruba sons and daughters to prepare for continued peaceful rallies and protests aimed at amplifying the demand for self-determination.

He urged the Yoruba people to stand united, focused, and courageous, asserting that their mission is clear and that victory is attainable. “This is not the time for hesitation. We must organize and move forward together. The journey may be challenging, but our victory is certain,” he said.

Igboho stressed that the time for action is now, urging all Yoruba people to join in supporting the movement toward achieving their shared goal of independence.
