The appointments takes immediate effect, according to a statement released on Tuesday by the presidential spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale.

In the statement, it was noted that the President had appointed Samuel Ogbuku as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chiedu Ebie as Chairman of the Board of the Commission.

It added that President Tinubu expects that the new Board and Management team will ensure a new era of successful administration in the NDDC, in line with his Renewed Hope agenda.
