Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has carried out another cabinet reshuffle in Adamawa State, redeploying two commissioners to new ministries.
Under the changes, Joab Sahma, who previously served as Commissioner for Lands and Survey, has been moved to the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry.
Similarly, John Ishaya Dabari has been redeployed from the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry to the Ministry of Lands and Survey.
“The redeployments are intended to create new vigour and vitality for service delivery, which has been the hallmark of our administration,” Governor Fintiri said.
The governor urged the commissioners to remain committed and give their best in their new assignments.
He also called on them to align with the vision of his administration by implementing policies and programmes that directly improve the lives of Adamawa residents.
According to a statement issued by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Humwashi Wonosikou, the redeployments take immediate effect.
