Protesters Project Trump-Epstein Images on Windsor Castle Ahead of State Visit; Four Arrested

British police arrested four individuals on Tuesday after unauthorized images of U.S. President Donald Trump and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were projected onto the walls of Windsor Castle, just hours before Trump’s ceremonial welcome by King Charles.

The protest unfolded earlier in the day near the historic royal residence, as demonstrators unfurled a large banner and later escalated their actions by projecting a series of images onto one of the castle’s towers. Among the visuals were photographs of Trump and Epstein together, excerpts from police documents, media headlines, and a birthday note allegedly written by Trump decades ago — featuring a sketch of a nude woman and a message referring to Epstein as a “pal.”

Trump arrived in the United Kingdom late Tuesday evening ahead of what will be his second official state visit, a rare diplomatic honor. He is scheduled to be received by the King on Wednesday with full ceremonial pageantry.

Thames Valley Police confirmed the arrest of four adults on suspicion of malicious communications, describing the protest as a “public stunt” involving an unauthorized projection onto government property. The suspects remain in custody as investigations continue.

“This kind of unauthorized action is taken seriously, particularly when it involves nationally significant sites,” a spokesperson for the police said.

The protest coincides with a fresh wave of political scrutiny in the United States surrounding Trump’s past relationship with Epstein. Earlier this month, Democratic lawmakers released a letter they claim Trump wrote to Epstein more than two decades ago. The document, which the White House has dismissed as inauthentic, was prominently displayed during Tuesday’s protest.

Though Trump and Epstein were once known to move in similar social circles, the former president has repeatedly downplayed their connection and claimed the two had fallen out years before Epstein’s 2019 death in a New York jail.

Still, public interest in Epstein’s crimes and their proximity to powerful figures has not abated. For Trump, the resurfacing of Epstein-related materials presents another layer of controversy as he begins high-stakes diplomatic meetings with UK officials.
