Virginia “Gina” Huynh, identified in court as “Victim 3” during Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial, has called for the music mogul to be released from prison, according to a letter filed by Combs’ legal team on Sunday.

In the letter, attached to a defense response, Huynh describes her personal experiences with Combs, acknowledging that their relationship had its challenges but asserting that he had taken responsibility for past mistakes.

“Our relationship, like many, was not always perfect — we experienced ups and downs, and mistakes were made — but he was willing to acknowledge his mistakes and make better decisions in the future,” she wrote.

Huynh also stated that she believes Combs has not been violent in many years and argued that his release would allow him to provide better support for his children.
