Tinubu Performs Tawaf In Mecca, Saudi Arabia

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has once again showed Nigerians his physical fitness after completing the Tawaf ritual as part of the Umrah pilgrimage at the Kaabah in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. 
Tinubu, who arrived in Jeddah on Sunday, proceeded to Makkah for the lesser pilgrimage.
 Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to the president, shared images of Tinubu in Mecca, stating, “President Bola Tinubu performing Tawaf or walking around, as part of Umrah rites on Sunday at Kaabah, Mecca in Saudi Arabia.”
Recall Tinubu had initially arrived in Saudi Arabia on Thursday to participate in the Saudi-Africa Summit, where he emphasized Nigeria’s commitment to attracting more Foreign Direct Investment and expanding business partnerships.
The summit focused on joint actions, political coordination, regional security, economic transformation, and cross-sectoral investment cooperation.
As a result of bilateral discussions, the Saudi Arabian government pledged support for repairing two refineries in Nigeria and undertaking other investments.
