‘Shōgun’ Sweeps the 76th Primetime Emmys with 18 Wins; ‘Happy Days’ and ‘The West Wing’ Reunite

The 76th Primetime Emmy Awards celebrated the best in television on Sunday night.

Top honors went to “Shōgun” for Outstanding Drama Series, “Hacks” for Outstanding Comedy Series, and “Baby Reindeer” for Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series. “Shōgun” dominated the night, winning 18 awards across both the Creative Arts and Primetime Emmy ceremonies, with “The Bear” trailing with 11 wins.

The event featured memorable moments, including reunions of “Happy Days” and “The West Wing” casts, and a moving “In Memoriam” tribute performed by Jelly Roll, honoring those who passed away in the last year.

Eugene and Dan Levy of “Schitt’s Creek” made history as the first father-son duo to host the awards.
