After making a rude assertion at the presidential town hall meeting organised by Arise TV on Sunday night, Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi angrily snapped at Dino Melaye, Spokesperson, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Campaign Management Committee.
The drama began when Dino Melaye tagged a meeting attendee as ‘Obi people.’
Dino was heard saying, “Na wa o, Obi people,” as one of the attendees stood up to question the presidential candidates.
On hearing the words of Dino, Peter Obi snapped at the PDP official.

Peter Obi spoke harshly from his seat, saying: “Stop that Dino. Why are you always calling me? I won’t take that. This man is from ANPP. Why are you calling him Obi people?”
Dino feigned ignorance but Peter Obi insisted that he will not condone such behavior.
This is coming at a time the former Kogi West Senator cautioned Nigerians against voting for Obi.
Melaye stressed that Obi would not win in 2023 because the ‘Euphoria’ surrounding his candidacy was gradually ‘dying’.
