Bakori noted that he decided to defect from APC after consultation, adding that he is no longer a member of the party with effect from the 31st of July, 2022.

The Organizing Secretary of the party in Badarawa/Malali ward, Kabiru Malami has also tendered his resignation from the ruling party.

According to Malami, his resignation from the party became necessary due to the breach of trust, injustice, imposition of candidate, and several other allegations.

He further stated that he has lost his confidence in the party, adding that the action of the party is against the oath he took when appointed as an executive member of the party.

The Secretary of the APC in Maiburuji Ward, Kaduna North Local Government Area, Bello Abdullahi, on Wednesday, August 3rd resigned from the ruling party.

Abdullahi appreciated stakeholders and members of the party for their support during his stay with them.
