Governor Uba Sani Vows to Leave Kaduna Better Than He Met It

Governor Uba Sani has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to improving Kaduna State through key projects in education, health, and agriculture. He emphasized that his government is accelerating rural development, having initiated over 78 road projects since assuming office.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction and upgrading of Zaria township roads, the governor highlighted the economic and social benefits of improved road networks. The projects include the Magajiya Junction to Kasuwan Amaru road, the Unguwan Liman/Albarkawa link road, and the Audi to Kako road.

“These Zaria township roads will serve a significant urban population, create job opportunities, boost commercial activities, and enhance security,” Governor Sani stated. He added that Zaria, being a crucial city, requires substantial infrastructural upgrades to support its growth.

The governor assured that his administration remains focused on connecting local communities, improving transportation, and supporting economic development across Kaduna’s local government areas.

Zaria Local Government Chairman, Engr. Jamil Ahmad, praised the governor’s efforts and pledged the full support of Zaria residents. Similarly, the Emir of Zazzau, Ambassador Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, commended the governor’s developmental strides and welcomed him as a “son of the soil.”
