In many traditionally Christian nations, declining church attendance, secularization, changing social values, religious diversity, and distrust of institutions are reshaping the relationship between faith and public life. Jeremiah Ajibade took a deep dive into the shift which raises important questions about morality, family, education, politics, law, culture, and national identity. Some argue that declining Christian influence may weaken values traditionally associated with the faith, such as compassion, sacrifice, forgiveness, personal responsibility, and the sanctity of human life.
