The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has extended the deadline for its ongoing recruitment exercise by one week to allow more applicants complete their submissions.
In a statement issued on Sunday and signed by the Board’s Secretary, A.M. Jibril, the new closing date for the recruitment portal is now August 11, 2025, instead of the initial deadline of August 4.
“The board wishes to notify the general public that the closing date for application for its ongoing recruitment exercise has been extended by one (1) week,” the statement read in part.
Jibril said the decision was made to provide more time for interested applicants to apply for available positions in any of the paramilitary services under the board.
He stressed that the recruitment process is completely free of charge, warning applicants against falling victim to fraudsters. He also reiterated the board’s commitment to a fair, transparent, and merit-based recruitment process.
Interested applicants are advised to complete their applications via the board’s official portal: https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng.
