2027 Build-Up: Uzodimma Names RHA Directorate Heads

Governor of Imo State and Director-General/National Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), Hope Uzodimma, on Friday announced the appointment of directors to oversee the organisation’s key directorates.

The RHA was designated in November 2025 by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a platform to promote and disseminate the achievements of the Renewed Hope Agenda nationwide, as political activities gradually build toward the 2027 elections.

In the current structure, Governor Uba Sani serves as Deputy Director-General, while Governor Mohammed Inuwa Yahaya holds the position of Secretary. Federal lawmaker James Abiodun Faleke is the Deputy Secretary.

A statement issued by Tunde Rahman noted that the RHA framework includes six zonal coordinators, 37 state coordinators, and 774 local government coordinators, reflecting a nationwide mobilisation structure.

According to the statement, Dr Mustapha Abdullahi will lead the Youth Directorate, while former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olisa Metuh, will head Organisation and Mobilisation. Presidential aide Sunday Dare will oversee Digital and New Media.

Other appointments include Mele Kolo Geidam (Finance); Muiz Banire, SAN (Monitoring, Compliance and Legal); Bisoye Coker-Odusote (Technology and Data); and Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar (Support Groups).

Also named are Ibrahim Garba (Intelligence); Senator Sani Musa (Special Duties); Hon. Simon Karu (Planning); Dr Halima Suleiman Zakari (Welfare); Dr Nnamdi Maurice Mbaeri (Administration); Bilikisu Muhammed Kaika (Women Affairs); Abike Dabiri (Diaspora); and Hadiza Bala Usman (Research and Innovation).

The appointments signal a strategic effort to strengthen the RHA’s operational capacity as groundwork intensifies ahead of the 2027 general elections.
