Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has recalled goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, Sevilla winger Chidera Ejuke, and defender Chidozie Awaziem for next week’s CAF 2026 World Cup Playoffs in Morocco.
Semi Ajayi, who is suspended for the clash against Gabon after picking up a second yellow card in the qualifiers against Benin, is also listed and will be eligible for the next round if Nigeria progresses.
Chelle has largely maintained the squad that defeated Lesotho and Benin last month to seal Nigeria’s place in the Playoffs.
