As more countries seek employment flexibility and globalization destabilizes traditional employment patterns, more workers are likely to face involuntary termination of employment at some point in their professional life time.
It is quite important we discuss this so that both workers and employers of labour will put in the appropriate effort or measure to ensure that everybody is alright at the end of the day.
