President Bola Tinubu has announced the restructuring of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), Zaria, Kaduna State, into six campuses to enhance efficiency and national accessibility.
The Ondo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) shared the development on Wednesday via its official X account.
“President Bola Tinubu has decided to split the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria–Kaduna State, into six campuses to ensure efficiency, national coverage, and smooth operations,” the post read.
The new campuses will be distributed across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones. According to the announcement, they will be located in:
- Akure (Southwest)
- Osubi (South-South)
- Ebonyi (Southeast)
- Ilorin (North Central)
- Yola (Northeast)
- Zaria (Northwest)
This restructuring is expected to provide broader access to aviation training, foster regional development, and enhance the operational capacity of the institution.
