DJ Switch Granted Asylum By The Canadian Government

One of the protesters at the Lekki toll gate DJ Switch has appeared before the Sub-committee on International Human Rights of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development of the Canadian parliament. she narrated her ordeal during and after the #EndSARS protests.

She also shared a live video of what happened during the Lekki protests where Nigerian Army shot at the protesters with live ammunition leaving several people dead.

While expressing her fears, she told the Canadian parliament of how she counted nothing less than seven persons who were shot and how one of the soldiers threatened to shoot her too.
