Tokyo Olympics: Nigeria Falls Out Of Women’s 4x100m

Team Nigeria has fallen out of women’s 4x100m race at the ongoing Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
They finished sixth in 43.25sec in heat 2 of the Tokyo 2020 event.
Those who represented Nigeria are hurdler Tobi Amusan, Grace Nwokocha, Patience Okon-George, and long jumper Ese Brume.
Germany won the heat with a season-best 42.00sec, while Switzerland was second with a national record of 42.05 and China third with 42.82.
All three teams qualified ahead of Poland and Brazil who had their season-best records of 43.09 and 43.15 for fourth and fifth places respectively.
