Last Monday evening, bandit terrorists ambushed a Kaduna-bound train with explosives and gunfire, killing eight passengers, wounding many more, and kidnapping others.
He was welcomed by the state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, and Senators Uba Sani and Suleiman Abdu-Kwri at Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, Kaduna State’s seat of power.
Others on Tinubu’s entourage include the former speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, and Senator Abu Ibrahim.
Mr. Tinubu who described the train attack as a national disaster donated N50 million to victims of the attack.
According to him, the constant attacks in Kaduna should be a concern to everyone as they have claimed hundreds of lives and properties in recent times.
He added that killings by bandits is no longer acceptable and must stop.
Tinubu also encouraged the state governor not to be deterred by the unfortunate incidents but to continue delivering good governance
He also appealed to well-to-do Nigerians to support the Kaduna state government in addressing the humanitarian crises created by bandits attacks.
