Sean “Diddy” Combs Faces Five New Civil Lawsuits Alleging Sexual Assault at Parties

Five new civil lawsuits have been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs in federal court in New York, accusing the hip-hop mogul of sexually assaulting two men and three women at parties in Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas.

One of the plaintiffs, the youngest, was 13 at the time of the alleged incident. Mr. Combs, who is currently in custody at a Brooklyn jail, is also facing federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, which he denies. His legal team has not yet commented on the new lawsuits.

Combs’ lawyers recently dismissed the surge of legal cases as “attempts to garner publicity,” maintaining that “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

The lawsuits claim that Combs or his associates drugged the plaintiffs’ drinks, leaving them dizzy, nauseous, and feeling detached from their bodies. Some of the plaintiffs allege that they were raped, forced into oral sex, or aggressively groped by Combs.

Combs is also awaiting trial in May 2024 on federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges, facing a potential life sentence if convicted. He has pleaded not guilty and has been denied bail several times.

The lawsuits accuse Combs of using his influence and power in the entertainment industry to manipulate, intimidate, and silence victims and those around him.
