After being re-elected with President Muhammadu Buhari, Osinbajo is now serving his second term in office, which will finish in 2023.

The Vice President’s photo featured on a presidential campaign banner that was mounted to a bridge in a strategic location in Abuja.

Osinbajo campaign banner had the inscription, “Join us, Nigeria asks for Osinbajo 2023.”

On the presidential banner, however, there was no party name or insignia, only the name of a group, ‘The Progressive Project 2023.’

There have been rumors that the Vice President plans to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.

This comes as Bola Tinubu, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, has pledged to run if Nigerians want it.
