Epl: Liverpool Bounces Back With A 9-0 Win Against Bournemouth

Jurgen Klopp was full of credits for his term after the record-breaking win over Bournemouth.
 Liverpool gave the perfect response to end their winless streak after two consecutive draws and a defeat at Manchester United on Monday. The Reds now moved from 16th to the 8th position with the 9-0 victory which made the club equal the record for the biggest Premier League win, It is the fourth time in Premier League history a team has won by nine goals. Manchester United beat Ipswich 9-0 in 1995 and Southampton by the same score last year. Leicester also won 9-0 at Southampton in 2019.

The Reds got back their momentum and scored five times in the opening 45 minutes with goals from Luis Diaz, Harvey Elliott, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk and club striker Roberto Firmino. The dramatic display of quality continued second half has Alexander-Arnold’s cross was diverted into his own net by Chris Mepham, Firmino and Diaz scored their second goal of the game Liverpool new signing Fabio Carvalho netted his first Reds goal, volleying home in front of the Kop.
