Days After Leaving Office, CCB Releases Buhari’s Assets

The forms for the immediate past president Muhammadu Buhari’s assets declaration have been received by the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB).
After completing his eight-year tenure in office, Buhari submitted the documents to the CCB headquarters in Abuja on Saturday.
In accordance with Chapter 6 of the Constitution, the forms were submitted to the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), and the former President was given an acknowledgment receipt.

According to the completed declaration, Buhari did not add any new bank accounts in addition to the one he already had at the Union Bank in Kaduna State, nor did his movable assets grow either inside or outside of Nigeria.
Buhari also did not take any loans and has no liability, while the number of animals on his farm recorded a little decrease due to the number he gave out as gifts in the last four years.
