23 newly appointed Federal High Court judges were sworn in by Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), on Wednesday.
The inauguration of the new judges took place in Abuja’s Supreme Court Main Courtroom.
In addition, at the swearing-in ceremony in the Supreme Court’s Main Courtroom, a valedictory court session was held in memory of the late Justice Chima Lentus Nweze.
Lai Mohammed, a former minister of information, culture, and tourism of Nigeria under President Muhammadu Buhari’s leadership, was present at the event.
