Chelsea and Manchester City have reached an agreement for Raheem Sterling, BBC Sport says. The Blues will pay a total of £50 million including add-ons and the England international will commit to a five-year contract with an option to extend for another season.
Chelsea and Man City will also be in contact in the coming days to negotiate Nathan Aké’s deal after Sterling. Man City have been clear with Chelsea: they want almost the same fee paid in August 2020, around £41m. Aké has a full agreement with Chelsea on personal terms.
Medicals are already scheduled for Raheem Sterling in London to complete his move to Chelsea on a permanent deal.
