Air Peace Vows Business Continuity Amid Expanded U.S. Legal Charges

Air Peace Limited has reassured customers that its operations will continue without disruption, despite U.S. authorities expanding charges against its CEO, Allen Onyema. The new charges, which include obstruction of justice, accuse Onyema and the airline’s Chief of Administration and Finance, Ejiroghene Eghagha, of submitting false documents to hinder a federal investigation.

While the case stems from financial misconduct allegations dating back several years, Air Peace emphasized that both Onyema and Eghagha maintain their innocence. The company remains confident in the legal process, stating that its legal team is working diligently to ensure justice is served.

Air Peace assured that the ongoing legal proceedings will not affect its services, reaffirming its commitment to providing top-tier aviation experiences for its customers. Onyema and Eghagha have been under investigation since 2019, but the airline continues to operate without interruption.
