Chris Brown, a well-known American musician, congratulated Ademola Adeleke on winning the governor’s election in Osun state.
On Saturday, Gboyega Oyetola, the incumbent governor, was defeated by Adeleke, who ultimately won.
Against Oyetola’s 371,000 votes, the “dancing senator” received over 400,000 votes.
Davido, a popular musician from Nigeria who is good friends with Brown, has Adeleke for an uncle.
