Saraki, whose campaign team visited Kano on Thursday night, said that Buhari pledged to deliver power to Nigerians, but that the country’s energy supply is currently worsening.

Prof. Iyorwuese Hagher, the director of the Bukola Saraki Presidential Campaign Organisation, who represented Saraki, said they surveyed the number of aspirants for the presidency in 2023 and critically examined the performances of the APC and Buhari, concluding that only Bukola Saraki could save the country from the current situation.

“The judiciary and the legislative arms have all come under the control of the executive,” he said.
