On Thursday, Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, and his primary counsel, Aloy Ejimakor entered the courtroom.
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, has pleaded not guilty to the Federal Government’s new allegations against him.
He was arraigned today in Abuja’s Federal High Court on counts of treasonable crime and terrorism, which were modified last week by the Federal Government to make it a seven-count charge.
After the judge denied his request to be moved to a correctional facility shortly after pleading not guilty today, he was ordered to stay in the custody of the Department of State Services.
The case was adjourned until November 10th, 2021.
